ALABAMA
Jefferson county increase to 2% effective 1/1/25
CALIFORNIA
Carmel by the Sea: Total for unincorporated 8.75%, cities vary 9.25%-9.5%.
ILLINOIS
Moline city rate 1.25%
SOUTH CAROLINA
- Georgetown county new 1% Capital Projects local tax = total 7%
- Horry county -1% Capital Projects local tax expiring and +1% new Transportation local tax = total 8% no change
- Jasper County new 1% Transportation local tax = 9% total
- Sumter county new 1% Capital Projects local tax = 8% total
- Williamsburg county -1% capital projects local tax expiring = 7% total
WISCONSIN
The total for Racine County is 5.5%
